• "Client", "you", "your" refers to the person or organization accessing our website or engaging our services.
• "Content" means any text, images, graphics, videos, sounds, or other materials that appear on our website or are produced as part of our services.
• "Services" refers to photography services, including but not limited to portrait, wedding, commercial, and event photography.

2. Website Use

2.1 License to Use Website

You may view, download, and print pages from our website for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

2.2 Restrictions

You must not:

• Republish material from this website (including republication on another website)
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose
• Edit or otherwise modify any material on the website

All photographs created by Urban Outlook Photography are protected by copyright law. The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images created during a photography session.

When you purchase our services, you receive a license to use the photographs for personal or agreed-upon business purposes, as specified in your service agreement. This license does not include the right to modify, edit, or alter the photographs without our consent.

3.3 Image Usage

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, you may not:

• Use our photographs for commercial purposes without appropriate licensing
• Submit our photographs to competitions or publications without our consent
• Claim copyright or ownership of our photographs
• Remove watermarks or metadata from digital images

We reserve the right to use photographs taken during your session for our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before your session.

4. Photography Services

4.1 Booking and Deposits

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of the deposit specified in your service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your date in our calendar.

4.2 Payment Terms

Full payment for services is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

• For cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service date, the deposit is forfeited, but no additional fees apply.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled service date, the full service fee may be due, as specified in your service agreement.
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

4.4 Delivery of Images

We will deliver your edited images within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Typical delivery times are:

• Portrait sessions: 2-3 weeks
• Weddings and events: 4-6 weeks
• Commercial projects: As specified in your contract

Images are typically delivered via digital download. Physical products, if included in your package, may require additional delivery time.

4.5 Image Editing

All images undergo basic editing, including color correction, exposure adjustment, and selective retouching. Advanced retouching services are available at additional cost.

We make every effort to create beautiful, consistent images. However, we cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes or match exact colors due to variations in lighting, conditions, and display devices.

5. Liability and Limitations

5.1 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness, accident, equipment failure, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or, if rescheduling is not possible, to provide a partial refund as appropriate to the circumstances.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services. We are not liable for:

• Loss of income or revenue
• Loss of business or contracts
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Loss of data
• Waste of management or office time
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages

5.3 Photography Risks

While we take the utmost care with all photographic materials, we cannot guarantee against the loss, theft, or damage of images due to events beyond our control. We recommend that clients acquire appropriate insurance for events where photography is critical.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Reviews and Testimonials

By providing a review or testimonial of our services, you grant us permission to use your words, first name, and/or initials in our marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media, and printed materials.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
